-          Catfish fillets 4 pcs
-          Buttermilk 2 cup
-          Vegetable oil
-          Corn meal 2 cup
-          Ground pepper
-          Salt
-          Flour all purpose 2 cup
-          Egg 2 pcs

-          Butter ¼ pound
-          Red onion minced ½ cup
-          Bell pepper minced ½ cup
-          Celery 2 rip minced
-          Flour all purpose ¼ cup
-          Seafood seasoning
-          Garlic 2 tbsp minced
-          Heavy cream 2 cup
-          Crawfish tail 1 pound
-          Polenta cooked 2 cup
-          Chives chopped

1.      Take a bowl, and then put the buttermilk inside. Dip the catfish fillets on the buttermilk. Set the catfish fillets to marinate it inside the refrigerator for at least half an hour or at max one day.

12.  Set the catfish fillets aside on a plate which covered with paper towel to remove the excess oil from it.
